Products and prices

The Home Improvement Quote Checklist costs £4.99. The Pre-Work Agreement costs £4.99. Both for the same job cost £7.99. These are the total prices payable, including any applicable VAT. There is no subscription or delivery charge. After verifying your purchase, a single-product purchase can be upgraded with the other document for £3.

Trade Job & Payment Pack

The trade pack is a separate £4.99 one-off business purchase: one combined fillable PDF containing three documents totalling 16 pages for each of seven domestic job categories: boilers, roofs, driveways, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors, and solar PV/batteries. All seven variants are included for one purchasing business. Includes supplied goods plus installation across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Cancellation guidance separates services-only from supplied-goods contracts. Templates support installation records; they do not provide engineering designs, safety certification or a bespoke construction contract.

The owner and employees of the purchasing business may reuse the templates for that business’s jobs. Subcontractors may complete relevant records only for jobs carried out for that business; they may not reuse the blank templates for their separate businesses. Completed records may be shared with the customer and relevant advisers. Blank templates must not otherwise be redistributed, resold or published. No updates, legal advice, debt recovery, e-signature verification or guarantee of payment are included. These templates have not been independently reviewed by a solicitor. Obtain professional review for suitability before use.

A purchase reference alone does not grant access. Download access is tied to the purchasing browser session, with a two-hour access window after payment is confirmed. Individual trade download requests expire after five minutes; refresh the download page during the active session if needed. Save the job variants you need before leaving the page. Downloaded copies remain usable under the licence. Use a compatible PDF form reader or print and write by hand. Check saved values before sharing. Customer details entered in a PDF are not uploaded to us. For a genuine business purchase, consumer cooling-off rights do not normally apply; the seven-day satisfaction promise below still applies. The homeowner bundle and £3 upgrade do not include this pack.

What you receive

Digital guidance or an agreement record based on your answers and the type of work selected. We do not inspect your original written quotation, property or installer. The products are not a professional survey, valuation, legal opinion, insurance policy, guarantee of savings or workmanship, or a recommendation to accept a quote.

Promotion codes

Valid promotion codes may be entered on the Stripe payment screen. Stripe checks eligibility, expiry and redemption limits and displays the final total before you confirm. Refunds return the amount actually paid. A discount does not change the product scope or licence.

Ordering and delivery

Check your chosen product and job details before payment. You can correct the form before continuing to Stripe. We supply the documents for direct download after successful payment is confirmed. No account or email code is required. Download access is tied to the purchasing browser session, with a two-hour access window after payment is confirmed. Trade download requests last five minutes and also require that session; refresh the download page during the active session if needed. Download and save your files before leaving the page. Automatic purchase reopening is not offered. Export or print documents you want to retain. Keep your payment receipt. Contact support if payment succeeds but access fails.

Immediate digital delivery and cancellation

Before paying, you are asked to expressly agree to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins. If you do not agree, do not proceed with immediate checkout; contact us to discuss your request. Keep your payment receipt and a copy of these terms.

Seven-day satisfaction promise

If the product is not useful, email us within seven days of purchase with your receipt reference and request a refund. We will refund the product price to the original payment method. This voluntary promise is separate from and additional to your statutory rights. It does not cover the cost of building work or payments to a tradesperson.

Faults and statutory rights

Contact us if a document is unavailable, faulty or not as described. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, such as restoring access, correcting the content or refunding payment. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of the documents

Provide accurate answers. Review every section with the tradesperson, resolve unanswered points and keep the original quotation, specification and trader terms. Do not assume signing our agreement overrides another contract. Obtain qualified advice where appropriate, especially for complex or high-value work.

Downloaded documents

Your purchase downloads as one PDF. The consumer bundle contains the checklist and agreement together; the trade pack contains its three documents together. Complete fillable fields in a compatible PDF reader, save your changes and reopen the saved file to check them. You are responsible for keeping your downloaded files secure. We do not store your completed PDF answers.

Permitted use

You may use, complete, print and share the purchased documents with the parties and advisers involved in your own job. You may not resell or republish the templates as your own product.

Responsibility

We are responsible for supplying our products in accordance with applicable consumer law. We are not a party to your building or installation contract and cannot control a contractor’s actions. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Complaints and governing law

Email support first so we can investigate. The law of England and Wales governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply where you live in the UK.
